From 17 to 23 March, a programme that takes you beyond the traditional approach is waiting for you. Health is not just about muscle training and dieting. It's about finding your own rhythm with a positive effect on your mindset and realising that everyone's needs are different. Take time to reflect on your wellbeing and take those small steps to continue 2025 in a healthy way. Because we know that balance in your physical, social, spiritual and mental health will always positively affects your daily life.

What is there to do?
Throughout the week, we’ve got an incredibly wide range of activities for you – from health tests and obstacle courses, to manicures and improv nights. This rich programme is open to everyone, even without an X-subscription.
