Always wanted to reach your fitness goals, but never knew how to? Sign up for the Health Test on any day of the week, and learn how to reach your ultimate goals through the guidance of a trained fitness instructor!
In this small class, a fitness trainer will walk you through a series of tests based on a short questionnaire about your specific goals and wishes. These goals can be whatever you have in mind, whether it’s gaining strength, working on your general condition, or increasing your flexibility. If you have specific lifestyle questions, we can set up a meeting with our X nutritionist online or even a personal meeting after the Health Week!
The only thing you need is some workout clothes and a fire in your belly to get going. So discover what works for you under professional guidance, and let’s reach those personal goals!

Mindful Stitching
Monday 17 March | 17:00 – 19:00 | Design Studio | Students €6,- Employees €8,- Others €9,-
Feeling overwhelmed? Take a break and join us for a Mindful Stitching workshop! Discover how knitting, crochet and embroidery can help you unwind, recharge, and boost your creativity. No experience necessary!
In this session, you’ll explore how working with your hands—especially in textile crafts—can reduce stress, enhance focus, and provide a much-needed mental reset. It does not matter whether you’re a skilled crafter or a complete beginner. Marta Gavioli, our experienced Fashion Design Assistant, will teach you all about simple stitching techniques, and provide the background for any other questions you might have.
The material is included – you just bring yourself and enjoy the process! So come stitch, breathe, and unwind with us, and take that well-deserved break!

Recharge Your Batteries
Monday 17 March | 18:00 – 19:45 | Taste Studio | Students €2,50 Employees €4,50 Others €5,-
Are you feeling low on energy? Unsure on how to get your energy back up? Then you might need to recharge your batteries! Rediscover your balance and learn how to recharge yourself physically, mentally, socially and spiritually. In this workshop, you'll learn to conceptualize your energy levels and (mental) health as batteries. Everyone has a mental, physical, social and spiritual battery, which naturally empty over time and need recharging.
Dayenne Sanders, psychologist at Daylight Coaching and sports instructor at X, will be teaching us all about these batteries. Through her expertise and discussions with others, you will learn about the workings of your personal batteries, why they empty over time and how to prevent this in the future.
At the end of this workshop you’ll have practiced with:
- what makes you drained;
- what helps you recharge;
- when to recharge to make sure you don’t get drained in the future.
So take that well-deserved break to focus on yourself, and learn how to maintain that precious energy balance!
