Semester Dates

Which semester would you like to come on an exchange? Using the semester dates below you can choose which semester is preferable for your home study programme.

Semester 1 (Fall)

September – February

2 September 2024 – 31 January 2025
1st Period (2 September – 8 November)
2nd Period (11 November – 31 January)

Semester 2 (Spring)

February - August

3 February 2025 – 31 August 2025
1st Period (10 February – 17 April)
2nd Period (22 April - 31 August)

Semester 1 (FALL)

1 February	Nomination opens
1 March	Exchange Application opens
15 March (23:59 CET)	Nomination process closes
1 April (23:59 CET)	Exchange Application closes
	Confirmation Statement Within 5 Days of Receiving Admission letter
1 July (23:59 CEST)	Payment deadline Students will receive their financial letter after confirming their attendance for the exchange programme and are required to pay the full amount stated in the letter before the deadline. If TU Delft housing service has been selected, it is advised to pay the full amount as soon as possible to increase the chances of housing. Partial payments will not be administered

Semester 2 (SPRING)

1 August	Nomination opens
1 September	Exchange Application opens
15 September (23:59 CET)	Nomination process closes
1 October (23:59 CET)	Exchange Application closes
