Health Week 2025 is all about finding balance between your own social, physical, mental and spiritual health. To help you find that balance and start your day off right, X offers breakfast every morning from 09.00 for all students at Cafe X during Health Week!Whether you’re in the mood for a breakfast bowl with fresh fruits, a wholegrain sandwich with plenty of protein, or a delicious buttery croissant for a mental boost -- you decide what you need to feel good.
Health Test & Lifestyle Coaching

Always wanted to reach your fitness goals, but never knew how to? Sign up for the Health Test on any day of the week, and learn how to reach your ultimate goals through the guidance of a trained fitness instructor!
In this small class, a fitness trainer will walk you through a series of tests based on a short questionnaire about your specific goals and wishes. These goals can be whatever you have in mind, whether it’s gaining strength, working on your general condition, or increasing your flexibility. If you have specific lifestyle questions, we can set up a meeting with our X nutritionist online or even a personal meeting after the Health Week!
The only thing you need is some workout clothes and a fire in your belly to get going. So discover what works for you under professional guidance, and let’s reach those personal goals!

Open Sports Night

Staying active is key to both mental and physical well-being, and what better way to do it than by trying out multiple sports in one night? Join the Open Sports Night and discover the power of movement!
The Open Sports Night is an evening full of energy, new experiences, and meeting new people! From handball and frisbee to fitness and sitting volleyball, student sports associations will guide you through different activities, making it easy to discover new sports and meet fellow students along the way. All you have to bring is your gymshoes and some comfortable clothes to work out in.
Whether you're looking to get moving, make new friends, or just have a great time, this is the perfect chance to do it—all for free! See you there!

Manicure Workshop

Sometimes a little bit of self-care and good vibes are all you need to recharge. Join the Manicure Workshop by the Beauty Bureau for some well-deserved relaxation as you learn the basics of hand and nail care!
The nail stylists of Beauty Bureau are experts in nail care and painting, and their workshop will cover all parts of hand and nail care. Not only will you gain insight into their tips and tricks, they will also show you how your nails can be neatly groomed and painted with the right care and techniques. No better way to get some good advice that is also useful after the workshop!
You will be given the necessary materials and get to work on your own hands and nails. This workshop includes pushing back and caring for cuticles, filing the nails into shape, and how to care for your hands through exfoliating and hand cream. You will then paint your own nails with a basecoat, colour and a topcoat. There will also be some time at the end of the workshop for decoration, nail art, on one nail.

Karayoga

What do singing and yoga have in common? They are both wholesome for the heart and soul! Combine them together, and it’s a recipe for joy and laughter. Join the Karayoga session for a whole different type of unity, and have some good fun together!
Singing in public can be scary, and yoga in public can be scary. But singing and doing yoga together is the perfect recipe for joy and laughter. Especially if it’s in a small, comfortable room with other friends! You don’t have to be a good singer for Karayoga, nor do you have to be a good yogi. We will be singing together while trying yoga poses and simply have a good time!
Bring a bottle of water and wear comfortable clothes in which you can move freely. We have a yoga mat for you, but you can bring your own if you want to. So join our Karayoga session to take a break, get out of the mindset for the week, and have some good fun with others who love to sing and make poses!
