Health Week 2025 is all about finding balance between your own social, physical, mental and spiritual health. To help you find that balance and start your day off right, X offers breakfast every morning from 09.00 for all students at Cafe X during Health Week!Whether you’re in the mood for a breakfast bowl with fresh fruits, a wholegrain sandwich with plenty of protein, or a delicious buttery croissant for a mental boost -- you decide what you need to feel good.
Health Test & Lifestyle Coaching

Always wanted to reach your fitness goals, but never knew how to? Sign up for the Health Test on any day of the week, and learn how to reach your ultimate goals through the guidance of a trained fitness instructor!
In this small class, a fitness trainer will walk you through a series of tests based on a short questionnaire about your specific goals and wishes. These goals can be whatever you have in mind, whether it’s gaining strength, working on your general condition, or increasing your flexibility. If you have specific lifestyle questions, we can set up a meeting with our X nutritionist online or even a personal meeting after the Health Week!
The only thing you need is some workout clothes and a fire in your belly to get going. So discover what works for you under professional guidance, and let’s reach those personal goals!
