Profiel

I am a postdoctoral researcher at the Digital Rail Traffic Lab at Delft University of Technology, working on the EU-Rail Railway flagship project MOTIONAL, funded by the European Union. My postdoctoral project features a strong collaboration with Netherlands Railways, the largest passenger railway operator in the Netherlands.

I obtained my PhD in Systems Science from Beijing Jiaotong University, where I also earned a Bachelor's degree in Railway Transportation. My research has been published in journals such as Transportation Research Part B. I apply advanced operations research techniques to improve decision-making in transportation and logistics, with a focus on public transport. My interests range from strategic line planning to operational timetabling, approached from both practical and theoretical perspectives. My research has been implemented in the Xi’an Metro, China.
